ADVANCED FREEDOM LIFE TRAINING

The Advanced Freedom Life Training (AFLT) is an in-depth, classroom and experiential training program designed to provide believers with an opportunity to gain a deeper and more comprehensive personal and practical understanding of the Good News of God’s wonderful grace in Christ which is known as the Exchanged Life.

Three Phase Program

The Advanced Freedom Life Training (AFLT) is completed in three phases and must be completed in order.

PHASE I

Building

Freedom Life Fundamentals

AFLT Phase I is a 19-session couse that lays the Biblical foundation for the Exchanged Life Counseling model based upon Galatians 2:20.

PHASE II

Freedom Life Essentials

AFLT Phase II is a 10-session course that trains and equips students to effectively apply and communicate the Exchanged Life Counseling model.

PHASE III

AFLT Phase III is a 10-session course that further prepares students to pursue Pastoral Counseling by using the Exchanged Life Counseling model.

OVERVIEW

​AFLT Phase I 

  • 57 hours of Instructor led, in person classroom training

  • 60+ hours of recorded audio learning

  • 30+ hours of recorded video learning

  • Required reading of 17 Books including reports on each

  • Minimum 7 Hours of one-on-one mentoring with FPC staff counselor

AFLT Phase II

  • 30 hours of Instructor led, in person classroom training

  • 25 part real-life pre-recorded counseling observation

​

AFLT Phase III 

  • 30 hours of Instructor led, in person classroom training

  • 11 sessions of experiential learning and practice for each counseling module to enhance competency

PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS

  • Attend and participate in class

  • Complete all required reading, audio and video presentations​

  • Complete module exams

  • Complete journal assignments

  • Participant in a 3-day experiential weekend retreat

  • Write a final paper 

FORMAT

  • Class format is in-person, instructor taught and also includes at home assignments

  • Next class to begin February 2022

PREREQUISITES

  • Attend a Grace Life Conference before completing AFLT program.

COST

​Phase I 

  • $50 Application Fee (non-refundable)

  • $1,200 Tuition Fee (Includes graduation ceremony / dinner)

  • $150 3-Day Retreat Fee

  • Approximately $140 in book fees (visit our book store HERE)

  • Students who previously completed this training are eligible to audit via live video for $25 per class 

 

Phase II

  • $800 Tuition Fee

Phase III

  • Classroom Training: $500 Tuition Fee 

  • Experiential Training: $700 Tuition Fee
