About Me
The Lord has used counseling in my own life to bring deep healing and renewed hope. Growing up in a broken home marked by divorce, addiction, and the loss of a parent, I carried wounds that shaped how I saw myself and related to others. But in His great mercy, God did not leave me in my brokenness. I have personally experienced the truth of Psalm 147:3: “The Lord heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”

As a counselor, it is my passion and calling to walk alongside others on their own journey toward healing. I believe everyone can experience hope and transformation, and I count it a privilege to partner with individuals as they pursue a healthy view of self and more meaningful relationships with others. I work with adults, couples, adolescents, and families as they navigate anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and life transitions. My approach integrates clinical wisdom with the truth of God’s Word, always rooted in compassion and grace.

I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Truett McConnell University and specialize in helping clients move toward wholeness and freedom in Christ.

Outside of counseling, I’ve been joyfully married to my husband for 18 years. We love CrossFit, traveling, and exploring new restaurants together. We are also the proud parents of three beautiful children who keep us on our toes and fill our lives with joy.
