About Me

As a wife, mom, and counselor, I understand how overwhelming life can feel in different seasons. My heart for counseling comes from a deep desire to help others experience healing, peace, and renewed hope, no matter where they are starting from.

I work with children, teens, and women. I believe that growth happens in safe, supportive relationships, and I strive to create a space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and encouraged.

My approach blends evidence-based counseling practices with a Christ-centered foundation, focusing on both emotional and spiritual well-being.

I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Thomas University and am passionate about supporting clients as they grow in emotional resilience and wholeness.

Outside of counseling, I am a wife and mom to my two-year-old daughter. I love hiking, being creative, and spending time with my family. We also have two cats who keep life full of fun.
